The Natural Weightlifting workout program has 3 different levels of intensity to meet the needs of almost anyone:

*Beginner Level workout program: Designed to tone and build slight muscle mass. Recommended for individuals with little to no exercise experience.

*Intermediate Level workout program: Designed to build moderate muscle mass. Recommended for individuals who have exercise experience or who have progressed from the Beginner Level workout.

*Advanced Level workout program: Designed to maximize muscle mass. Recommended for individuals who have exercise experience or who have progressed from the Intermediate Level workout. 

The workout programs are based on a rotation of sets and reps that allows your body rest, while maximizing potential muscle growth. The workout programs and sheets are detailed in a way that make them simple to follow and allows for quick workouts (30-60min) depending on what week and day you are following.

The workout program for each experience level coincide with each other allowing for an easy transition from beginner to intermediate level and from intermediate to advanced level. Each workout program was designed with the health of each user in mind. The program limits the chance for injury as much as possible without limiting potential muscle growth. 

Each workout program works in conjunction with the Natural weightlifting nutrition guide. Remember increasing muscle mass and reducing body fat is only possible with the right exercise and nutrition habits.
